Resulinx is a web-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides AI-powered career tools to help job seekers optimize their application materials and track their job search progress.
The Service includes:
• AI Resume Optimization: Automated analysis and improvement suggestions for resume content, formatting, and ATS compatibility using OpenAI's GPT-4o-mini model
• ATS Compatibility Analysis: Real-time scoring and feedback on how Applicant Tracking Systems will parse and rate your resume
• AI Cover Letter Generation: Personalized cover letter creation based on your resume and target job descriptions
• Job Search Integration: Integration with Adzuna API to find and suggest relevant job opportunities matching your profile and location
• Application Tracking: Tools to organize and manage your job applications, interview schedules, and follow-ups
• Document Management: Secure storage and version control for your resumes and cover letters
• Document Export: Ability to export optimized resumes in multiple formats (PDF, DOCX)
Third-Party Services: Our Service integrates with third-party providers including OpenAI (AI processing), Adzuna (job search), Stripe (payments), Supabase (file storage), Railway (backend infrastructure), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email delivery), and Sentry (error monitoring). Your use of these integrated services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
Beta Features: Some features may be offered in beta or preview mode. These features are provided "as is" and may contain bugs or errors. We may discontinue beta features at any time without notice.

Your Content and Data:
Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to your resume content, personal information, cover letters, and any other materials you upload to our Service ("Your Content").
License Grant: By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, process, store, reproduce, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This includes processing Your Content through OpenAI's GPT-4o-mini API for resume optimization and AI-powered suggestions. This license terminates when you delete Your Content or close your account, except for content that has been shared with others or is required for legal compliance.
Representations: You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights to Your Content and that Your Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. You confirm that all information in your resume and profile is accurate and truthful.
Our Intellectual Property:
The Service, including all software, algorithms, AI models, prompts, user interfaces, designs, graphics, logos, trademarks ("Resulinx"), text, and all other content and materials (excluding Your Content) are owned by Tin Dev Studios Inc. or our licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by Tin Dev Studios Inc. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.
AI-Generated Content:
Ownership: AI-generated suggestions, improvements, and content created by our Service based on Your Content become part of Your Content and are owned by you. You may use AI-generated content for any lawful purpose.
AI Technology: The underlying AI technology, algorithms, prompts, training data, and models (including our integration with OpenAI's GPT-4o-mini) used to generate content remain our exclusive property or the property of our licensors.
Review Requirement: You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before use. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, suitability, or consequences of using AI-generated content.
No Guarantee: AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only and does not guarantee any particular outcome, including job interviews or employment offers.
Feedback:
If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into our Service without compensation or attribution to you.

Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance on the date you subscribe. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

No Prorated Refunds: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period.

AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only and must be thoroughly reviewed, verified, edited, and approved by you before use. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from your use of AI-generated content without proper review, including but not limited to: rejection of job applications, damage to professional reputation, legal issues, or lost opportunities. You acknowledge that AI technology has inherent limitations and may not understand context, industry-specific requirements, or cultural nuances.
Third-Party Services and Content:
We integrate with third-party services including OpenAI, Adzuna, Stripe, and others. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, accuracy, completeness, or content of these external services. Job listings provided through Adzuna integration are sourced from third parties and may be outdated, inaccurate, or fraudulent. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee any job listings, employers, or job opportunities. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not liable for any issues arising from third-party services, including data breaches, service outages, or inaccurate information.
Service Availability and Reliability:
